Privacy notice

This site collects as little as possible: only what you choose to send through the contact form.

Who I am

Rinjax Development is run by Steve Temple, a sole trader based in Sussex, UK. I am the data controller for anything you send through this site.

What the contact form collects

Your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. That's all.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is your request: taking steps, at your request, before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.

Who else handles it

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message on to my email inbox. It is not used for marketing, sold or shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept

As long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. If we go on to work together, as long as the project's records need to be kept. Otherwise it is deleted within twelve months, or sooner if you ask.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies: even its fonts are served from here. The web server keeps short-lived access logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Use the contact form and say what you'd like. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
